Color Management Experts

Have you ever designed something on your computer, then printed it, and the colors looked nothing like what you had picked? This is a common issue for home printed projects and is caused by the difference in how computer monitors display colors, as opposed to how printers produce the same colors.

Computer monitors display colors using the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color pallet, while most inkjet and digital printers use the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) colors in some mixture to produce the color from the screen. On top of that, printers actually have color settings that can be adjusted to add even more variation in the color that actually prints.

All of these factors and possible variations can cause complications when trying to keep printed material for a business or organization looking the same. Developing a brand is an integral part of a successful business and can be hard to achieve when printed documents don’t match up with one another or what clients see online.
